Jamal Adams won’t be the only one coming up against his former team on Sunday.
Right tackle Brandon Shell will return to the lineup for the Seahawks, after he was cleared from the injury report on Friday. Shell’s return will end a two-game absence, which coincided with shakey play not only at his vacated right tackle spot but across the offensive line.
Like Shell, Chris Carson was removed from the injury report completely on Friday, suggesting he may be close to being able to handle a full workload.
While Carson and Shell were removed, Seattle’s final injury report ahead of their Week 14 game against Jets lists six players. Jamarco Jones has been declared out with a groin/pelvis injury, while Travis Homer remains doubtful with a knee injury. Carlos Dunlap, Cedric Ogbuehi, Ryan Neal, and Phil Haynes are listed as questionable.

Dunlap is of course the most noteworthy name among those questionable, but there is no indication his status for Sunday is in doubt. Pete Carroll told reporters after the team’s loss to the Giants that Dunlap handled his restricted snaps without issue and should be able to see his snaps increase against the other New York side.
The Seahawks can expect Shell to man the right side once again on Sunday and hopefully, the offensive line’s strong play returns with him.
