Schedule for the NFL Combine this week

Since the 2019 season came to a close for the Seattle Seahawks in a loss to the Green Bay Packers in the divisional round of the NFL Playoffs, fans of the team have been looking forward to how the Hawks can improve over the offseason through both free agency and the draft. While free agency is just three weeks away, meaning that in just a matter of weeks the team could see several starters, including Jadeveon Clowney, Quinton Jefferson, Germain Ifedi, Jarran Reed and Al Woods leave, the attention this week is on the draft.

The reason for that is because all 32 NFL teams are in Indianapolis this week for the NFL Combine. While players will run, jump and compete, it’s also a chance for teams to sit down and talk to players, and there are likely to be interesting stories afterwards. Whether it’s Bobby Wagner being surprised that the Seahawks drafted him because he didn’t think Ken Norton Jr. liked him, reports of a staring contest between Michael Dickson and the coaching staff or Pete Carroll comparing pecs with DK Metcalf, there will be no shortage of coverage of the proceedings this week.

So, with that in mind, here is the schedule for the week.

Of particular note to Seahawks fans are two position groups arriving Monday and Tuesday, the big guys in the trenches. With, as mentioned above, so many offensive and defensive linemen looking at being free agents in just a matter of weeks, the Hawks could add multiple players at each of these position groups in the draft in April.

So, the question then becomes, who are fans most interested in seeing perform at the combine and what events are they most likely to tune into?
