SB Nation Reacts is back and so are the confidence polls. One thing that has remained consistent for Seattle Seahawks fans is their level of confidence in the team.

At the end of the 2019 season, it was a pretty solid 78%. When free agency came and went it was 81%. After the NFL Draft it was still 81%. As we approach Week 1 against the Atlanta Falcons, the respondents dropped their confidence level an unthinkable 1%!

Keep in mind that this is optimism season, so 80% is actually tied for 20th among all fanbases. Only the Houston Texans and Jacksonville Jaguars had negative confidence levels, and Houston’s largely non-competitive showing on Thursday night against the Kansas City Chiefs certainly won’t help boost totals next week.

As for the national game of the week, there were quite a few respondents who most wanted to see Texans-Chiefs, but topping the charts is Tom Brady’s debut with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers against the New Orleans Saints.

Oh, and just curious... do you think Lamar Jackson or Christian McCaffrey will outscore Patrick Mahomes in fantasy this weekend? Mahomes had three touchdown passes but few splash plays, so Lamar and C-Mac have chances.
