The Seattle Seahawks saw their 2020 season end two weeks ago against the Los Angeles Rams, so they will be watching the NFC Championship Game with the rest of us as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers take on the Green Bay Packers with a berth in Super Bowl LV on the line. However, just because they aren’t playing doesn’t mean the Hawks aren’t in the news, as reports Sunday morning have linked the team to two more names when it comes to the offensive coordinator position left open by Brian Schottenheimer’s termination.
Seattle Seahawks want to interview Bills' QB coach Ken Dorsey for their OC job, per sources. Seahawks also have been speaking to Rams' pass-game coordinator Shane Waldron and Saints' QB coach Joe Lombardi about their OC job.

So, when the Kansas City Chiefs host the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Championship Game, quarterbacks coach for the Bills Ken Dorsey could be preoccupied with the fact that he might have the opportunity to coach a real quarterback in the future. In addition, while the Rams sit at home after having been stomped by the Packers in the divisional round last week, they can wonder if Passing Game Coordinator Shane Waldron might need to be replaced this offseason.
In any case, at some point this offseason Seattle seems likely to find its replacement offensive coordinator, but until the official announcement is made, Field Gulls will be here to keep readers updated.
