It’s been a busy news week for the Seattle Seahawks in spite of the fact that the team’s season ended several weeks ago. The biggest news, of course, has been the report that the Hawks had agreed to hire a pair of new offensive coaches, with both of those coaches coming from the Los Angeles Rams.
Friday, the team made the official announcement regarding those hires.

So, for fans who were worried that the Seahawks were only getting them all worked up about the potential hires of Shane Waldron as the offensive coordinator and Andy Dickerson as run game coordinator only to be left with disappointment, the wait is over. It’s official, and while it might not be a Blue Friday, it’s a Friday announcement from the Hawks that makes official the hires of two offensive coaches who helped the Los Angeles Rams to score all of three points in Super Bowl LIII. Wait, this is supposed to be a positive thing, and I didn’t mean to bring that rain cloud to the silver lining or something.
In any case, the Seahawks have a pair of new offensive coaches, and it’s official now.
