It’s been over four months since we saw Russell Wilson in Sunday primetime, but this Sunday, Seahawks fans can see his familiar face grace their television screens.
Wilson and his wife Ciara will be co-hosting NBC’s Roll Up Your Sleeves special on April 18th. The special is aimed at informing the public about the safety and efficacy of vaccines, and will include other familiar faces like President Joe Biden, former President Barack and Obama, former First Lady Michelle Obama, Shaquille O’Neal, Charles Barkley, Jennifer Lopez, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and actor Matthew McConaughey, who will be interviewing Chief Medical Advisor Dr. Anthony Fauci.
#Seahawks QB Russell Wilson and wife Ciara will host an hour-long special on NBC called "Roll Up Your Sleeves,” aimed at educating and raising awareness regarding COVID-19 vaccines. @POTUS will also appear:https://t.co/wYTC2lL2zw

The event will also feature a number of musical performers. Unfortunately, Russ will not get the opportunity to show off his impressive vocals (as far as we know). Instead, the master of the deep shot will be tasked with convincing vaccine-hesitant Americans that they too can take a shot, and get us one yard closer to the goal of ending the pandemic.
Roll Up Your Sleeves airs at 7 PM ET/PT on your local NBC stations.
