Bombshell!
Tom Pelissero of the NFL Network reported that the San Francisco 49ers inquired about Aaron Rodgers, but the Green Bay Packers said there is a “zero percent chance” that they trade Rodgers.
The #49ers reached out to the #Packers on Wednesday about trading for Aaron Rodgers, but no formal offer was made and a source said there is a “zero percent chance” that Green Bay deals the reigning NFL MVP.

While Pelissero’s source said that there was “no formal offer,” we can assume that the offer would have included the third overall pick in the NFL Draft tonight, along with more future first-round picks and maybe even Jimmy Garappolo as well.
However, here is where this light trade rumor saga takes a turn for the dramatic, as ESPN’s Adam Schefter has reported that Aaron Rodgers is “so disgruntled” in Green Bay that he has told multiple people with the Packers that he does not want to return to the team.
Reigning MVP Aaron Rodgers is so disgruntled with the Green Bay Packers that he has told some within the organization that he does not want to return to the team, league and team sources told ESPN on Thursday.

More on NFL Live now....
This news also comes on a perfect day as a handful of teams look to bring on a quarterback to try and change the directions of their franchises tonight, three of which have top 3 picks, and one of those teams was in a Super Bowl last year, and hey would you look at that, they also reached out to Green Bay about the reigning MVP on Wednesday. Schefter also reported that the Rams reached out to the Packers about a Rodgers trade before they acquired Matthew Stafford.
