The Seahawks may finally be taking a player from Jacksonville, who have signed a number of former ‘Hawks this summer.
Wide receiver Dede Westbrook, who played his rookie contract for the Jaguars as one of their 2017 draft picks, is rumored to be visiting Seattle Sunday after he wraps up his visit with the Vikings. Westbrook played sparingly in 2020 before suffering a torn ACL against the Chargers in October.

In his four NFL seasons so far, Westbrook has amassed 1,720 yards and nine touchdowns, albeit with subpar quarterback play. He was also used occasionally in the run game, averaging 8.9 yards/carry during his time in Jacksonville.
Aside from his speed, Westbrook is best known as a 2016 Heisman Trophy finalist, making the trip to New York with his Oklahoma teammate Baker Mayfield.
Due to the signing of Cameron Scarlett, Seattle would have to clear a roster space for Westbrook. Westbrook would be the team’s 13th active receiver.
