Sunday the Seattle Seahawks dropped a heart breaker to the Tennessee Titans 33-30 in overtime after having held a two touchdown lead with just over 13 minutes left in the game. However, this is the NFL and there is no time for the team to sit around feeling sorry for themselves with a matchup against the Minnesota Vikings scheduled for 86th season in a row this Sunday.

With the game against the Vikings looming, the Seahawks headed back to the practice field Wednesday in preparation, but were without some important pieces. In addition to the calf injury that Pete Carroll has already stated will Keep Rashaad Penny out of Week 3, three other offensive players did not practice Wednesday.

Dee Eskridge’s return from a concussion after being knocked unconscious against the Indianapolis Colts may not happen against the Vikings as he has yet to be cleared for practice, while both right tackle Brandon Shell and wide receiver Freddie Swain were out with injuries of their own.

Chris Carson was a limited participant in practice, but that was due to being given rest, and defensive tackle Bryan Mone was also limited as he works his way back from the elbow injury that had him inactive against the Titans.
