Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the NFL. Each week we ask questions of the most plugged-in Seattle Seahawks fans and fans across the country.
November has not been kind to the Seattle Seahawks, with the team losing three of the four games it has played so far this month, with one last matchup against the Dallas Cowboys remaining on Thursday Night Football in Week 13. The game against the Cowboys represents the second week in a row that the Hawks will play on Thursday, following the Thanksgiving disaster against the San Francisco 49ers that left fan confidence sitting at a season low.
Confidence in the team and its on-field abilities has reached the point where the majority of fans no longer believe the current leadership of the team will be able to lead the team to victory in the postseason.
That’s a rather pessimistic outlook from fans, even for a team that has just a single postseason victory since 2017. Whether or not fans place more of the blame on Pete Carroll or on other members of the coaching staff, there is less disagreement among fans when it comes to making changes to the coaching staff to address the shortcomings of the Seattle offense.
Whether or not the Seahawks actually make a move to look for another offensive coordinator after the season remains to be seen, but given that the Hawks have been held without an offensive touchdown in two of the four games played this month, it would not be all that big of a surprise.
So, it’s on to Week 13 and the Dallas Cowboys as the Seahawks look to get their offense and their season back on track.
