Seahawks 13 Rams 30

It will be interesting to see if the Seahawks can make meaningful adjustments in the second half going forward. I don't know if they just don't have the variety in the playbook to match the opponent's adjustments or if it is just a lack in the DC's and/or player's ability to respond to the situation. Whatever it is the Ram's took full advantage in picking apart the defense and stifling the Seahawks offense.

The Lions will present an even stiffer challenge on their home turf.

This seems to be a trend with the Offense, a high percentage completion but small in yards per completion. The Rams totally dominated with 24 completions in 38 attempts for 334 yards. The Seahawks 16 completions in 26 attempts for 95 yards.

The Seahawks clamped down on the Rams running game but they didn't have enough rushing to win. Seahawks were 85 yards on 18 attempts while the Rams were 92 yards on 40 attempts. Neither team was really effective in the run game.

The Seahawks were certainly balanced in their attack between run and pass but sadly it was a piddly result ...
