The NFC West's top-40 players, as voted on by the blog communities

We're in the doldrums of the offseason, so Field Gulls reader and commenter Jason came up with a cool idea to rank the top players in the NFC West.

UPDATE: We've pushed it to the top-40, so if you've already voted, make another list with 20 more and reply to your original comment.

Originally, he wanted to put together a list of the top 40 NFC West players as voted on by the site managers. That would be interesting, but David Fucillo, Jess Root, Joe McAtee and I thought we could take this even further. Instead of just having rankings by four blog managers, what about having rankings by community members?

And so, we are starting this up on all four sites. In the comments, post your top 40 players heading into the 2015 season. This is not who the best players were last year. And it is not who you think the best players will be when the season ends. It is who is the best heading into training camp. There are plenty of obvious candidates, but you are obviously welcome to vote on sleepers as you see fit.
