I originally bought into the format since it enhanced the scoring of receivers and tight ends, and gave a better mix of positions in the top 30 (overall) in any given season. Those who say it’s boring when a 12-team draft begins with 16-straight running backs will get no argument from me. PPR certainly makes wide receivers and tight ends more attractive in the early rounds.

"The Merriman Super Bowling Celebration Party" will take place at ACME Bowl in Tukwila on Saturday, September 6th from 5:00 P.M to 10:00 P.M. Joe Allen, the Founder/CEO of Strikes For Kids, created the non-profit organization to partner professional athletes with benefiting children's organizations around the United States. "The main things we try to share at our events are fun, being comfortable and accessibility to the athletes that these fans root for every Sunday," Allen said in a press release about the event.
This is the second Strikes For Kids event held in Seattle. "Strikes For Kids is pleased to come back to the Seattle area. Last year we held the Live United Bowl United Bowling Classic hosted by Seahawk Cliff Avril that featured more than 700 people," Allen said.
