I was not a fan of Justin Britt and did not expect much from him. Not this season, not for this team and ultimately I did not expect Britt to be a very successful pro.

Seahawks back at practice this morning for Friday’s exhibition against San Diego
Heading back to Renton this morning to begin another condensed week of training-camp practices before Friday’s second exhibition game at home against San Diego. It’s the Seahawks’ next-to-last public practice of the preseason — and, in fact, the last public ones of the year at the VMAC — and because it is on a sunny weekend there are likely to be a few (thousand) folks there today.

Seattle Seahawks defense good and bad in loss to Denver Broncos - ESPN
It’s wrong to read too much into a first preseason game, but players are being evaluated, so here are a few who stood out, good and not so good, for the Seattle Seahawks in the 21-16 loss at Denver on Thursday night.

C Max Unger back practicing for Seahawks; CB Thomas Wolfe signed for second time in a week
Starting center Max Unger is back practicing for the Seahawks for the first time since Tuesday. Unger, who missed Thursday’s exhibition opener at Denver with what coach Pete Carroll described after the game as a groin injury, was limited somewhat during offensive-line drills at the start of the morning practice at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center, mainly holding a blocking bag as a "defender" against his fellow blockers. But he took some snaps near the end of individual drills.

Quick personnel updates from Seattle Seahawks practice — Lynch has best practice so far
The Seattle Seahawks are off the field following their Sunday practice at the VMAC. They went for about two hours, in helmets, shoulder pads and shorts/sweats.

Marshawn Lynch had his best practice yet, working as the No. 1 tailback during team drills. Coach Pete Carroll said afterward Lynch appears in great shape and has lost some weight — he’s listed at 215. The offensive line also began to get healthier as guard James Carpenter returned to full duty after sitting out the Denver game with a calf injury, and center Max Unger and left tackle Russell Okung were also back in full pads. Neither participated fully in team drills but Carroll said Unger should be back to full duty on Tuesday.

Sunday Seahawks training camp notes | - Seattle Sidelines
We’ll start things off with the one roster move the Seahawks made today, bringing back cornerback Trey Wolfe, who they signed and released a day apart last week. Wolfe had a few nice plays on his first day back, most notably an interception in the end zone on a deep ball intended for Paul Richardson. Richardson appeared to be in position to make the catch but Wolfe simply out-muscled him for the ball. Linebacker Mike Taylor was waived/injured to make room on the roster.
