Richard Sherman talks ball

USA TODAY Sports

Sherman was on with John Clayton 710ESPN on Saturday, and had some interesting comments.

Worth noting: I've heard one particular little tidbit making the rounds over the past few days, and what several members of the local media have been saying is that nobody can remember a single play in which Richard Sherman allowed a completion this whole offseason - OTAs & mini-camps combined. Um. Holy crap. Sherman confirms in the interview that he can't remember an instance where he allowed a completion in man-coverage all offseason. Let that sink in.

Regardless of whether or not that's actually true, if there's one player getting universal praise among the media over the past few months, it's Sherman. Apparently he's just been super impressive in all aspects of the game. This photo by Rod Mar really illustrates Sherman's insane reach/range.
