Mike Holmgren breaks down west-coast offense terminology

Daniel R. Harris-USA TODAY Sports

Ever wondered how hard it would be to learn an NFL playbook? Ever underestimate how hard it is for quarterbacks to switch teams and pick up their new team's play-calling terminology? I actually wonder about this all the time and underestimate how hard it is all the time. Well, not all the time, but I don't think most people realize how much work that takes. A former Seahawks head coach joins Softy to talk about his playbook when he was a coach and how to decode the call of his go-to play.
