Seahawks defensive backs coach Kris Richard, On the identity of the Seahawks' secondary:

"I want it to be our physical nature, and I want it to be our ability to cover. And for our safeties, I want them owning the airwaves - own the seams, and own the posts. Our corners on the outside - we absolutely have to own the fade."

On executing:

"[Here's] where our focus is: getting the call in, making sure we execute the call to the T, and you know what? We have to make them make a great play. If we make them make a great play, okay, it might be difficult to live with, but it's a whole lot easier than if we blew a coverage, or miscommunicated."

On if the Seahawks played game one tomorrow, who would start at nickel corner:
